We are now working on our backyard and were finally able to put sod down on our beautiful dirt! Of course it's still a work in progress and we have a long way to go until it's finished, but I am sooooo excited to have grass in the back yard. So excited!

Carl and Hayden working hard getting the sod in place. I failed to get a picture, but Robyn also came by to help and help she did! Thanks Robyn! We also had some other neighbors who saw us and took pity on us and came to help too. It was so nice and we are sooo appreciative. Thanks to everyone!
Tada! We are planning to put some fruit trees in that back corner and of course straighten the border around the window well and place pavers down there. All in due time. But for now it's water, water, and water some more until the grass is established and we can play on it.

Looks like you got a little celestial help with watering the new sod. So proud of my kids and their homemaking efforts. Such a struggle when so many other things compete for attention. Way to go Carl and Devin.
It really looks like healthy and oh so green grass.Your hard work has paid off.
