This is the look of pure contentment of a man who just passed his PHR exam!! (for those who don't know it stands for Professional in Human Resource)
HOORAY!
About 2 years ago, Carl took this exam fresh out of school without any real experience in HR, and unfortunately he was not so lucky in his outcome. He couldn't retake it for 2 years. That seemed like an eternity. So for the past 2 years this beast has been lingering in the back of his mind.
But not anymore.
He worked and studied so hard for this test. I was a nervous wreck, but on Friday, May 28, 2010 he conquered the beast and received a passing score!! And just in time, too. We took off for Washington as soon as he got home from taking the test. It definitely made the trip a lot more pleasant with Carl being done with that thing. He was happy:)
I'm so proud of him.
And so is Hayden. This is the delayed shot of a big kiss she just gave him...
Everyone can start calling him Carl McCain, PHR. He'd like that :)Good job, Carl! We love you!
