We had a delightful St. Patrick's Day!
We started the day with some green pancakes in honor of the holiday despite the
fact that Hayden kept saying she wanted "pink" pancakes. She liked the green ones once they were on her plate.
We then quickly got ready so we could meet our friends Robyn, Lincoln and Sophia at Farm Country. That's right, we went to a farm! And yes, Hayden got to ride her very first pony! It was amazing.

We had such a fun time looking at the animals and even saw some of the cutest little baby goats and sheep ever. Our last experience with Hayden at any kind of farm was at the Benton Franklin County Fair last August where Hayden only wanted to run around and climb a bridge over and over again. Not fun. This time was much better because she actually paid attention to every animal there. It was great! Thank you to Robyn's sis in law for getting us a discount. It was well appreciated!
Then to top off our fun filled day we went home and had a feast of corned beef and famous Dela Morgan mustard, cabbage and red potatoes. MMMMM mmmmmm it was delicious!

Looks like Grandma has to find the riding hat, boots and other stuff that are in the garage somewhere. I knew keeping the horse riding things would come in handy someday. Now we just have to find a place in Spanish Fork that gives riding lessons to a 2 year old. Yahoo!!!!!!!
That's what we were missing! We had the cabbage, the boiled potatoes and the corned beef, but I ate it with mild horseradish. What a fool I was. Della Morgan, all the way.
